Our Return Policy
Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- It must be in the same condition that you received it.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that are opened, used, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
Return Shipping: Xylvanta LLC will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return. You will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Once you receive your prepaid label, simply attach it to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email or phone regarding the approval or rejection of your refund within a reasonable timeframe. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
No Restocking Fees: Xylvanta LLC does not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at support@xylvanta.com or +18008797346. Please include photos of the damage or incorrect item along with your order number. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
