3. Pricing and Payment

We strive to ensure all pricing information on our website is accurate, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the product at the incorrect price.

We accept payments through Afterpay and Klarna. Your payment information is processed securely, and we do not store sensitive payment details on our servers.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

5. Shipping Policy

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Shipping Destinations: We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
  • Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: We offer Standard Shipping at no cost ($0), with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days after processing. All orders qualify for free shipping, as there is no minimum threshold.
  • Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • Damages: Xylvanta LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we’re here to help.

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
  • Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Return Shipping: Xylvanta LLC will provide a prepaid shipping label for eligible returns. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
  • Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
